With Permatek continuing to grow year on year we are delighted to welcome our new Business Administrator, Rebecca Clark, to the Permatek Team.
Rebecca, or Becca as she prefers, will be involved in several areas of the Permatek Business and our end users will more than likely find themselves speaking with her at some point.
From her CV and Interview with us, we could see Becca would be a perfect fit for how we operate. We have built a reputation with end users with our personal approach and willingness to consistently go above and beyond. Becca has shown, and shares, that same level of drive and commitment to end users, with an eagerness to progress and develop her own skills and expertise. Something which we fully support, and encourage here at Permatek.
Becca brings some excellent experience with her having previously held a role as communication officer for a Member of Parliament and was heavily involved with the previous election campaign.
Her role at Permatek will be quite varied, giving her experience in a variety of areas. A prospect she is certainly relishing. Becca will be heavily involved in managing Social Media Channels, blog creation and website management. She will also be utilising her administration experience to help keep Permatek HQ agile, streamlined and efficient. As part of her personal development she will also be given the opportunity to assist on the 1st line Customer Support Help Desk, an area she is particularly keen to get involved with.
We asked Becca to tell us a little bit more about herself and what interests she has outside of work: ” As a sociable and active individual, I always like to keep myself busy and hate to be sat around. My main job outside of work is being mum to my 3 year old daughter, I enjoy my time spent with her going to the park and even playing hide-and-seek for what feels like the 100th time! As an avid Manchester United fan, I enjoy going to the pub with friends to watch my team and in non-covid circumstances, I would try to attend as many matches as possible. I love all things social media and can fill up my time posting on Instagram and looking at Twitter. I like to keep fit and healthy by going to the gym or walking for hours exploring new places. I have a strong interest in politics and am an active member in my local Labour party, where I help campaign in local and general elections.”
Becca also had this to say about joining the Permatek team: ” I’m really happy about joining Permatek and enjoyed my first week. The work involved is so varied and interesting, giving me the opportunity to expand on skills that I already possess and learning brand-new ones. Carl and Shaun have made settling into the role so easy and have been extremely helpful. The office environment is super friendly and I look forward to coming to work on a daily basis. I am excited to get more and more involved as my knowledge about the company and the services Permatek offer expands.”
Shaun Scoltock, Director at Permatek said “Really pleased to have Becca join the team, her personality and attitude fits our ethos and style perfectly. We care passionately about the service and experience we give our end users, not just during installation but post-install and in the ongoing support we provide. Becca joining the team will continue, and indeed add to, the spirit of Permatek’s culture.”
Great to have you with us Rebecca!
