The All Hours clocking app comes with staff scheduling. Managers get access to a calendar view of absences and shifts so they can easily plan and schedule the work of their teams.
Absence requests are very simple and can be made on the web or mobile app. Employees must choose the type (annual leave, business leave, sick leave…) and the duration of the absence.
Requests with the duration of one day or longer are mandatory to approve by default. The absence management system is clear and offers a bird’s eye view so no request goes untreated in All Hours.
The administrator can delegate the approval rights to heads of departments. A head of department can only approve requests from employees in their department.
The approval process is fast and simple, and the result is clear and visible to everyone involved. Administrators get an email notification when a new request is made and the employees get notified when their request is approved or rejected.
All Hours automatically includes and calculates all the absences so that the payroll process is fast and painless. Absence reports can be exported in a CSV or Excel format.
