Permatek Update – CORONAVIRUS COVID-19

Here at Permatek we are taking the spread of Coronavirus incredibly seriously, and are keeping up to date with all latest developments and guidance.

We thought we would take the opportunity to keep you up to date with how we are reacting to the situation. The health and wellbeing of all our customers, end users and colleagues is of the paramount importance to us and we are taking every precaution we can to protect them.

Within our own offices we have given provision for all employees who can do so to work from home for the interim period, and as per the current health advice any member of staff who is showing any symptoms, however mild to remain at home.

Within our office environment should members of staff need to be present we have increased, already high, staff hygiene provisions encouraging staff to regularly wash their hands throughout the day

On Site Support and Site Visits

We are trying to minimise staff movements away from the office as much as possible for the foreseeable future however we appreciate there will be occasions of urgent support on-site support required. We will still be there to support you in these instances. Should you require onsite support from an engineer or software support we are still able to visit. All necessary health precautions will be taken in that the Permatek engineer sent to site will only be working if showing no symptoms, and will wash hands either before or immediately upon entering site. They will also be made aware to follow your own on-site procedures before, during and after being on site.

Remote Support

Following on from the above guidance we can assure you that there will be no impact on the support you receive from us. All of our support procedures can be ran remotely and we will continue to provide our first class support via telephone, email and/or remote access to your system. We fully appreciate that your Permatek Time and Attendance system forms a major part of your business processes including Payroll and would like to reassure you that there will be no reduction in quality of service or the timely manner in which we look to solve your queries.

Payroll Reporting

We appreciate regarding the current self-isolation advice that you may find yourself in situations where you are struggling to run reports for payroll with colleagues who usually run the system not being present. With our remote assistance procedures please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can provide the assistance to ensure you have no interruption to payroll procedures

In these unprecedented, almost surreal, times please look after yourselves and particularly those who are vulnerable and at risk around us.
